The original shots are important. How we set our camera, its sharpness, contrast and other elements combined, how we calibrate the colors counts a lot.

Of course, model's preparation is necessary.  How the make-up was applied and the model's hairstyle was arranged is necessary to avoid much editing especially the minute detail of the skin pores and hair strand. Last but not the least, the the model presents her make-over and clothing.
